MIHEI HMO

Affordable health plans with maternity care, from ₦35,000 a year

Only 1 in 10 mothers we surveyed had health insurance. MIHEI HMO changes that with affordable plans that include maternity care, from ₦35,000 a year. Every pregnant woman who enrols through MIHEI has a coordinator who stays in touch through birth and the months after, so problems are caught early.

Waiting periods

Maternity cover starts after 3 months on Standard Plus (ReadyMama) and 9 months on Standard, so women should enrol as early as possible. We encourage mothers to join MotherCare to close the waiting period gap: nurse visits, check-ins and rides start straight away while your HMO cover begins.

Joining the MIHEI HMO gave me peace of mind during my pregnancy. I was worried about antenatal care, but MIHEI guided me with patience, kindness, and clear support. Today, I'm fully registered and confident. Thank you, MIHEI.
